Season Two Overview

The Doorway Project's Transition Age Youth (TAY) Pilot Program for the 2023-2024 cycle aimed to support young adults experiencing homelessness in the University District by providing individualized and holistic support. The program focused on fostering healing connections, tailored resources, and supportive case management.
